Last week, I rediscovered the mission statement I wrote for Nature’s Child back in July 2000: “Cherish our Children, Cherish our Earth.” It was a simple but profound sentiment. Two years earlier, in 1998, when we started Hubbub, the focus had been distilled into a single word: connection.
Now, as I embrace my fifth venture, Regenerative Business Mentoring, I see how deeply connected it feels to those earlier visions. Each business has carried within it a seed for the next, unfolding in ways I couldn’t predict. Though I never anticipated each chapter would close to give rise to another, the journey has revealed an ongoing evolution.
My lifelong vision has always been anchored in service to the collective, guided by the wisdom of nature to nurture thriving communities and ecosystems.
I envisage a world where enterprises embrace their role as catalysts for regeneration, taking responsibility to restore and harmonise the delicate balance between human and non-human systems.
While my current vision is still evolving and in need of refinement, it resonates with this foundational purpose and sounds something like this:

As we stand at a critical crossroads for humanity and the planet, my mission is to empower purpose-driven business leaders and sustainability professionals to:

- Weave regenerative principles into their daily work and decision-making.
- Develop and lead nature-aligned strategies that inspire meaningful and lasting change.

On the last day of 2024, I received an email to let me know I’ve been accepted into the DANDELION FELLOWSHIP to continue my 30-year journey of being an agent for nature. It’s the perfect follow-up from a 2-year community of practice that I have enjoyed with Kincentric Leadership and a year of coaching and nature immersions with Giles Hutchins in 2024.
